The Ophthalmology Fellowship Program at OCB is designed to develop skilled medical and surgical ophthalmology clinicians and is among the most competitive in the country. OCB, in conjunction with Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and Tufts Medical Center, has trained over 100 fellows in the past 30 years.

In recent years, the Federal government has severely reduced funding for advanced training. Funding from Center for Eye Research and Education and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston enables OCB to maintain its commitment to training.
